Drew UherFounder and CEO
Drew Uher is the Founder and CEO of HomeLight, the real estate technology platform transforming the home buying and selling process for home buyers, sellers, and top real estate agents across the United States. Drew has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate by Inman News and was recognized as a Tech Trendsetter in 2019 by HousingWire. Under his leadership, HomeLight has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in North America by Deloitte, one of America's Best Startups by Forbes, and a best place to work by both Inc. Magazine and the San Francisco Business Times.
Prior to founding HomeLight, Drew co-founded Gameyola, a distribution and monetization platform for casual Flash games. He is a Venture Partner at 1984 Ventures, focusing on seed and early stage startups, and holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, as well as an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Sumant SridharanChief Operating Officer
Sumant Sridharan is COO of HomeLight. Under Sumant's leadership, HomeLight has scaled operations from a dozen employees to over 400 in offices around the world, helping hundreds of thousands of clients and facilitating billions of dollars of real estate on HomeLight's platform. Over the last 20 years, Sumant has held leadership positions in general management, product, and marketing at leading consumer internet companies.
Sumant most recently served as President of CafePress, helping take the company public in 2012. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MBA with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.

Mike AbnerChief Technology Officer
Mike Abner is the Chief Technology Officer at HomeLight, joining as the company's first engineering hire and scaling the engineering team to a hybrid-remote, global organization.
He previously worked as Senior Engineer at Giftly, an electronic gift card startup, where he was the first engineering hire and led the implementation of the Giftly iPhone App, which won a Best App of the Year from Apple in 2012. Mike holds a BA in Computer Science from James Madison University and an MS in Computer Science from American University.

Vanessa FamulenerSpecial Advisor to the CEO
Vanessa Famulener is the Special Advisor to the CEO, focusing on integrations, special projects, and financial planning for the company's flagship financial product, Buy Before You Sell. Vanessa has over 10 years of experience developing and leading new business ventures for high growth consumer internet companies, including Stitch Fix and Shutterfly.
Prior to HomeLight, Vanessa led Business Development at Houzz, where she scaled Houzz's business to fourteen countries and built a network of over 2 million home professionals globally. She holds a BS in Business Management from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Todd RhodesVice President of Sales
Todd Rhodes is the Vice President of Sales at HomeLight, leading a dynamic team of sales and customer success professionals across the country.
Prior to joining HomeLight, Todd has led sales teams at companies like Zenefits, Gannett Media and other SaaS startups. He holds a BS in Psychology and Economics from the University of Cincinnati, as well as an MBA from Youngstown State University.

Sandy LiaoVice President of Talent
Sandy Liao is the Vice President of Talent at HomeLight, responsible for all recruiting and people operations globally.
She previously led people operations and talent acquisition at Zero Cater, where she grew the company from 20 employees to over 150 and staffed all of the company's executives, and also served on the people operations team at Google. She holds a BS in Economics and Communication from the University of California, Davis, and as a SHRM certified professional.

Ankur BansalPresident of Closing Services
Ankur Bansal is the President of HomeLight Closing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeLight, leading a team of title and escrow professionals across the country. He has over a decade of experience scaling and managing businesses as a founder, investor and CEO in the technology industry.
Prior to HomeLight, Ankur founded SnapSaves, which was later acquired by Groupon. He was the founding executive at SnapTravel, where he scaled the business from inception to $175m+ in revenue in 2.5 years. He holds a BA with honors and distinction from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Nick FriedmanPresident of HomeLight Homes
Nick Friedman is the President of HomeLight Homes, managing the growth, operations, and sales channels and strategies for HomeLight's flagship financial product, Buy Before You Sell.
Prior to HomeLight, Nick was the Co-Founder and COO/CRO at Accept.inc, a Denver-based proptech company that was acquired by HomeLight in June 2022. Under Nick's leadership, Accept.inc led the company to nearly 30x growth in 2 years and raised over $100MM in debt & equity capital.

Ankur JainChief Financial Officer
Ankur Jain is the Chief Financial Officer of HomeLight, responsible for leading capital markets, FP&A, accounting, investor relations, and corporate development, and helping scale the business with a focus on profitability and operational leverage. He has over 15+ years of experience leading finance and operations at high-growth startups and public companies across real estate, hospitality, and technology.
Prior to HomeLight, he was CFO at AvantStay, where he led financial strategy and capital planning to support national expansion and improve unit economics, the CFO of Better Place Forests, and a founding team member and CFO at Mynd, a PropTech startup, where he helped raise ~$100M and scaled it into one of the largest SFR property managers in the U.S.
He holds graduate degrees from Cornell University (MBA, Finance) and The London School of Economics (MSc, Innovation & Technology Management).

Mark KyserVice President of Closing Services
Mark Kyser is the Vice President of Closing Services, leading the title, escrow, and closing services business at HomeLight.
Prior to HomeLight, Mark was Senior Compliance Manager at PGP Title. Mark's extensive background includes serving as National Production Manager at Fidelity National Agency Solutions, National Operations Manager at Carrington Title Services, LLC, and Operations Manager at First American Title.

Alex JeeGeneral Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Alex Jee is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at HomeLight, responsible for legal functions and operations globally including with respect to corporate governance, M&A and capital markets deal work, product, regulatory, privacy and labor and employment matters.
Prior to HomeLight, Alex worked in private practice at an elite big law firm where he specialized in corporate, M&A and capital markets deal work, advising on numerous public financing and M&A deals. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Annie DreshfieldVice President of Agent and Lender Marketing
Annie Dreshfield is Vice President of Agent and Lender Marketing at HomeLight, where she leads a dynamic team across brand & creative, content & SEO, events, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, offline marketing, and strategic communications.
Prior to HomeLight, Annie served as the Head of Communications and Content at Scoop, an industry-leading enterprise transportation start-up, and was one of the first marketing hires at Nextdoor, where she helped scale the private social network from thousands of communities in the United States to millions of people around the world. She holds a BA in Creative Writing from Scripps College.

Gaurav HardikarVice President of Product & Growth
Gaurav Hardikar is the Vice President of Product & Growth at HomeLight, leading product management, design, and growth marketing across the company's client, agent, and lender products.
Gaurav has held leadership positions at multiple leading consumer tech companies spanning various industries, including IoT, proptech, and mobile commerce. Prior to HomeLight, Gaurav served as Vice President of Product at Brilliant Smart Home, a Series-B Innovator in the IoT space, and was Head of Rentals Product at Trulia.
He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from McCombs School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
